A recording studio is something that a lot of people spend their whole lives trying to get into. A studio such as this is used to record music or sounds without having to worry about outside interference. Hence, the reason why the studio is usually sound proof.

Not only does the studio have to be sound proof to keep out the noise from the outside, but it also keeps other people from stealing original work when people are recording their first track of music.

A studio usually has three rooms, the first one is the studio where the actual recording is created. This studio is usually referred to as the "live room" by people which are more use to the studio and have worked in it for years.

The second room is called the control room, this room is important because it is the room where the recording is manipulated. This room is where they make the quality of the recording crisp and clear and take out any other sound that may be causing interference.

Third, is the room they call the machine room, this room is where noisy equipment is kept that may cause interference with the recording. Recording studios are very well built for everything they are used for.

Whether it be a voice over for a movie, commercial or even a cartoon and sometimes even a song, a recording studio plays a huge part and these studios can even consist of more rooms depending on who builds them and what specifications the company decides they want.

Studios to record are built so that the sound is clear and does not reverberate off the walls. No matter what studio you go in, most of them will look almost exactly alike in shape and equipment. However, some of them may look a little different than others depending on who owns them and who decides on the placement of the equipment that is used.
